Memorial Day & Birthday Eve!

FUN times this weekend with lots of people we love.
The kids had a great time this weekend with JuJu, Auntie Jill & Katie, Nana & Papa, Nana Noval & family.
I took too many pictures as always, but that is what this blog is for :)

 Logan chaffered Kenlee & Nana Noval's other granddaughter, Olivia, around on the raft while he fished. Couldn't ask for a better big brother than Biggy :) Noval made delicious cole slaw, baked beans with even deer meat in them!!!, yummy dill dip & she brought lots of meat to grill. It was WONDERFUL to have family at the lake this weekend ~ we have decided we need a bigger grill, though!

 That's a great moment, relaxing while fishing! Nana Noval gave them some mad money for their birthdays...Logan is so excited that he has a birthday coming up. Kenlee keeps asking if she will grow tomorrow with it being her birthday.
This was Kenlee asleep & Barkley looking out of the window on our way home. Logan & Josh were in his truck with all of our supplies. :)

So much fun! I wish I would have taken more pictures with Jill, Katie, Nana & Papa!

And today, we've just been quiet & together. Remembering Mamaw & Gamaw on Memorial Day ~ and lots of people who have protected us, fought for us, and loved us.
JuJu gave us Birthday cards while she was here ~ we are almost on our birthday marathon. The crazy Gemini's all together :)

 Logan is loving school being out! He made all A's & I told him that was the ONLY way an X Box would be considered. Well, wouldn't you know, we got his report card this weekend & yep, the boy made all A's :) We've been online shopping around for the best deals.

 Here's Papa waiting on us, with a breadstick & some wine. He loves having his family together, so does our Mom.

 Putter loves the attention he gets when we are all there, too.

 So proud of this going on 7th grader! He loved being with cousin Katie this weekend for a little while.

 Kenlee was snackin' above at the lake. After a good bath & a snack, she was good to go :)

Here below we made (today) a Ginger/Spice organic cookie cake with a package we bought. It tastes like pumpkin to me...Kenlee loves it!

After she decorated....

 Those sweet almost 5 year old blue eyes approved. And it didn't have any milk in it ~ yay!

 This afternoon we got out the old trusty Slip N Slide.

 And we added soap....

 Kenlee stayed in PJ's all day, but that didn't stop her from getting wet.
I LOVED today. It is her Birthday Eve :)

There will probably be a million posts this week as we begin another year in the life of both of these little loves. I'm excited! This post is a little crazy skipping around. I have so many pictures from her bowling party, graduation, this weekend & more that I don't know which one's to put on which post!

 Grandparents! JuJu came in from Naples and Nana & Papa came over from Oxford!

 Kenlee's favorite place is the Purple Onion to eat. That child could eat hummus, pita bread & grilled chicken from there every day of her life. So that is what we had on her special graduation day.

 Make a wish! She then told us she wished she was a dog! She LOVES dogs.

 Then JuJu took us for a pedi. It was fun & Kenlee ALMOST fell asleep. She relaxed so much. I loved it.

Logan told me it was awesome & he would come back anytime I wanted to take him. HA! Me too, child, me too.

Happy Graduation, Angel Face! So proud of you & Biggy ~ praying you love school next year like you did this year, that you & Biggy have a fun, safe, healthy & fantastic summer. I am so thankful to be your mom ~ both of you...forever & always.
And praying our feet always get lots of lovin' :)
