



I've been sick since about Wednesday...but not too sick to eat! I made this baked bean recipe yesterday & liked it pretty well & my fabulous friend, Cheryl, made this salad & it was sooo good. I repeat. Soooo Good.
Baked Beans with Hamburger1 lb. hamburger
½ c. onion
¼ c. bell pepper
½ tsp. salt & pepper (each)
1 (30 oz) Pork & Beans can
½ c. ketchup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 T. Worcestershire
1 T. vinegar
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
¼ c. brown sugar
Add onion & bell pep. to hamburger & cook until done. Drain. Add remaining ingredients & mix well ~ pour into a casserole dish & bake @ 350 for about 45 min.
Strawberry/Spinach SaladBag O' Spinach
Sliced Strawberries
Toasted Almonds
Mix this as the dressing:
1 lemon squeezed
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1/3 Cup of Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tsp. Poppy Seeds
*MIX well & pour over salad. You will love this ~ Cheryl made it yesterday & it was so good.
What a blessing it is to live in a country where all of this food is readily available for us!
