HoMeCoMiNg!

Saturday was Biggy's 8th grade Homecoming! He was going to go with a couple buddies and just have a good time, but one got the stomach flu & one's Dad had other plans for their family. So Logan always has a good time with his buddy, Claire, so they decided to just go as friends & meet up with others there.
When I pulled up, there were girls in full on prom type dresses! I couldn't believe it! Homecoming has changed since the 90's. Let me tell you!
Here were a few pic's I snapped before the fun night!

The dove flying in the air caught his eye. He was wishing he had his camo on & in a treestand at this point.

Little sister had to join in...
She was asking him who he was going to dance with here...
 Love my handsome boy!

It's not often he does a selfie. LOVE it! This was when he got home.

They got in my car talking about who danced together, what parts were fun & that they were hungry. :)
Zaxby's to the rescue. :)

Happy Monday!

Long time, no post.

My blog is being neglected! I'm a busy girl! A busy Mom!
I am spending my free time learning more about oils, spending time with my family, working between two offices & trying to relax in between.
It's homecoming week! Logan has dressed up a few days & here are a couple pic's I've taken!

Today was see you at the Flag Pole day! It was really cool to see all the neon dressed 8th graders praying for our country when we got there! Logan joined in when we arrived!
Kenlee has had a great week. She's been super motivated to help me pack her lunches, draw some artwork, finish Monday-Friday homework all on Monday night. I need a little of that girl's motivation! Here is some of her recent artwork!

And here are some hodge podge things from this week!
My friend, Tricia, shabby'd up a rack thing for me & my oils! SUPER thankful for a friend that just dropped this off for me! I really love it!
Got my gray washed out this morning! Score!
Josh & Logan had the BEST time together golfing on Sunday afternoon. Josh was off Friday & Monday & it was TRUE bliss around here. I loved it. I wish he was a stay at home Dad.
I've got lots of dreams lately, so this is my motto as a gentle reminder to myself :)

And in oil news...here is a great oil if you know someone suffering a traumatic experience lately. Great for them to diffuse, rub on their ears, heart, palm of their hands.
I can order this if you are interested.
It's about $60, but will last for three months. I'm ordering some to incorporate in massage for my clients that are hurting right now. It has my all time favorite, Frankincense oil, in it. I massaged a guy with terminal cancer today that has basically told the Dr's to shove it, put his faith in God, and you better believe I spread Frankincense all over his areas that were hurting. He was so positive, witty, funny and matter of fact. He was a really cool 60 something year old guy with a lot of positive words & very uplifting. What a blessing it was that I could use these hands to possibly help heal him.

Enjoy your Wednesday night!

Guys and Dolls ~ in Anniston

I took the kiddies to see Guys & Dolls with my parents to a community theatre group in Anniston this weekend! It was really cool because our boy played Benny Southstreet in the performance last year...and his best girl friend, Claire, played Adelaide. We also took them to Top O the River ~ the best catfish restaurant in Anniston! I really only go for the coleslaw & cornbread, though :)

We had them sing to Claire, because Friday was actually her 14th Bday!
Biggy was glad it wasn't for him! HA!
Kenlee had a ball! We dropped Josh off at the lake to watch some football with his Dad, then stopped by on our way back and picked him up. It was a late, fun night. SO glad we went.

These two became friends in first grade...exactly where Kenlee is now. It's amazing how time goes by!

Let's hear it for FRIDAY!!

This week has been full of hard work!

I have been really sharing my story of how these oils are working for my family! I did chair massage at a local high school today & I just pray one day I can make a difference & get this oil diffused in every classroom! It kills 99.9% airborne bacteria.
I am SOOO looking forward to the weekend! We are taking the kids with my parents to see Guys & Dolls ~ which was the musical Biggy was in last year. We are going to take one of his best friends that played "Adelaide" in the performance.
So excited!

I am looking forward to some rain & rest this weekend! I hope you have a great one!

This is an oil I use on clients that seem to be "stuck" ~ not able to go forward in their dreams, concentrating on what they "DON'T" have, and show glimpses of some goals they haven't been able to reach. It's also known as an adjustment in a bottle. - helps self correct alignment.
If someone offers you valor, take it! If you want to buy it, tell me! I will ship it to you.
It is only $28.62. It is wonderful to diffuse, apply directly on spine, to arches of feet. I have seen such a difference in my back throughout a work day with my posture. And I usually get adjusted, but haven't had to in probably 3 months.

I am also going to have an Essential oil class in Mt Laurel on Friday, OCT. 4th at 11:00. Join me! It's going to be great education & fun for all.
I will also be doing some chair massage to those who need it!

September weekends!

Football, family, food, friendship, FRANKINCENSE!
Maybe it should be called "Feptember" with all of those F's.
I got to be with my family this past weekend & it was WONDERFUL!

Frankincense was our main oil used & it was so good to rub it on my Dad & to just all be together. It's so healing. I LOVED being with my sis & niece. We love piling in Jill's Yukon & traveling together.

Oh you know...just Kenlee walking on water!
 Wheeee!

Eating her gluten, wheat, dairy free pancakes!  With her Enjoy Life chocolate chips!

This saying is so true. If it feels good, do it.
If it doesn't feel good, don't do it.

Have a wonderful week!

Middle of the week action!

Yesterday was my brother & sistor's bday! I slacked in the blog dept! Josh had to be at work at 2 am yesterday & also tonight, so we hit the sack early. I'm waiting on sheets to dry for my massages tomorrow, so I'm up & ready to go tonight.
BONUS is I get to see my SISTOR & NIECE this weekend!! Whoooo hooooo!

They are always special to me every day of my life!
Let me tell you! I did chair massage again in Mt Laurel today! I get to begin my journey there on Monday! I booked three massages today from just doing chair massage & I am so excited! I am seriously feeling so good about it.
Look at some of the cute things my friend Angie consigns at Pharm South...

And I got a little crazy & baked cookies with ESSENTIAL OILS!! What?!
I know! I'm really nuts! They were actually delicious & I was so surprised!

They remind me of lemon flavored wedding cookies!
Let me know if you want me to post the recipe on here! It was quick & easy!
I also made some yoga mat disinfectant spray. I took it to Pharm South this way so it wouldn't spill. It has eucalyptus, peppermint, orange & citrus fresh oils in it. Smelled amazing. You can even use this mixture to pour down your garbage disposal, use as air freshener in the bathroom. No chemicals for people with asthma! Safe for kids!

And that's about all for today. I wish I could give everyone affected by 9/11 a massage & hug them.
I'm remembering all day today & tonight. Still takes my breath away.

Blessings!
