I can't think of a better way to spend the day before Easter, with some of our family that we love very much.
We went to Josh's Grandfather's house today. He married us 15 years ago, baptized our kids & has been a strong Godly example for us both. But most of all, he loves us unconditionally & he is the father of Noval, Josh's other Mother, that we adore. Noval's significant other brought his son, daughter in law & two grandgirls. We love them, too. The oldest is Olivia...she is just a tad younger than Kenlee & they get SOOO excited & squeal when they see each other.
So here was our family pictures....
Kenlee & Olivia. See, they are just about the same size!
Biggy found a great chocolate lab that hung with us all day long.
Heather, Michael, Olivia & Haley. I loved holding a baby!!
What a special day. This is the last time probably that we will be at this farm! They have sold it & are moving to a garden home. It was bitter sweet! So many good memories there, good food, good laughs, good prayers, good hugs, good running around outside.
To top off a WONDERFUL weekend, Biggy made all A's!!!
I'm pretty sure his Dad & I didn't do that in the 7th grade!
Kenlee made all A's in Kindergarten grades, too. (S's) ~ She's doing great & moving right along with reading. She is an artist & LOVES to draw, color, create.
I ran into the Dollar General for trash bags Friday & found a cute shade for $5 for my little lamp that I have next to my side of our bed! I love it! The table it's on is the first piece of furniture my parent's ever purchased when they got married!
That bedding came from Target WAYYYY marked down a couple years back. I thought I wanted to change it, but it's so easy, soft & comfy. Why mess up a good thing?
I hope you have the most wonderful Easter 2013 possible.
